地方高校产教融合的现实问题与路径突破
Practical Problems and Paths of IEI in Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
It is an urgent need for higher education in the new era to deepen industry-education integration(IEI)and promote supply-side structural reforms in human resources.To deepen the IEI for local universities,local universities first need to step out of the misconception that IEI is only targeted at vocational colleges and double first-class universities.They need to confront the practical issues,including the inaccurate positioning of talent needs,structural mismatch and systematic defect in cooperation mechanisms,and poor adaptability in teaching syllabus.Local universities should identify what the market demands,eliminate barriers to build mutual trust,accurately meet the needs of enterprises,smooth the mechanism for connecting multiple entities,strengthen guarantee measures,and improve the dynamic system of win-win cooperation.At the same time,they should work together to discuss teaching syllabus,enhance students' comprehensive abilities,and cultivate high-quality applied talents who can meet the demand of local economic and social development.关键词
