Generalized Medium-and Long-term Electricity Transaction Framework Under High Proportion of Renewable Energy
摘要
Abstract
The medium-and long-term electricity transactions are important to the electricity market.It has many functions,such as hedging the price risk of the electricity spot market,improving the system capacity adequacy,and promoting the development of renewable energy and new technologies.In recent years,with the gradual increase in the proportion of renewable energy,medium-and long-term electricity transactions have received widespread attention.However,there exist problems in traditional medium-and long-term transactions such as inconsistent concepts,incomplete framework and immature theories,and cannot meet the development requirements of a high proportion of renewable energy.Therefore,based on distilling common characteristics of domestic and international medium-and long-term electricity transactions,this paper attempts to propose a generalized definition of these transactions and construct an architectural framework for generalized medium-and long-term transactions oriented towards market operation optimization and market structure optimization.Built upon this framework,it introduces the current development of medium-and long-term electricity transactions,discusses key issues in designing contract mechanisms for high-proportion renewable energy power systems,and finally outlines the future direction of medium-and long-term electricity transactions in China.It is hoped that this review could provide a reference for the development of new power system in China.关键词
