摘要

Abstract

With the accelerated construction of new power systems,the wind-PV-thermal-storage system has gained increasing attention due to its excellent regulating capability and potential for renewable energy integration.In such system,flexible coal-fired units coordinated with energy storage systems serve as dispatchable resources,effectively enhancing system stability and operational independence.To address the challenge of electricity curtailment and purchase under high renewable penetration,this study takes the wind-PV-thermal-storage system as the research object,constructs the power balance equations of the power system to deeply analyze its electricity balance mechanism.The research specifically investigates the thermal-storage coupled output characteristics,revealing the underlying causes of electricity curtailment and electricity purchase.On this basis,based on this,an innovative"Coal-fired Power Regulation"optimal dispatching strategy is proposed,with a comprehensive evaluation index(F)developed to quantify the optimization effects.Moreover,the study conducts example calculations and validations.The results show that,compared to the scenario without the proposed strategy,annual electricity purchase and curtailment are reduced by 52.8%and 35.0%.By adjusting the thermal power output and optimizing the joint dispatch of thermal and storage units,the proposed strategy effectively resolves both static and dynamic mismatches between system flexibility and demand,thereby achieving an optimized dispatching outcome that significantly reduces both electricity curtailment and electricity purchase.This study can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimal dispatching of wind-PV-thermal-storage systems.
