Research on the Influence of Fouling Thermal Resistance of Heat Absorber Tube Screen on Temperature Field and Stress Field

Abstract
Driven by the global demand for clean energy,this study focuses on the fouling thermal resistance problem of the tube screen of the heat absorber,a core component of the solar thermal system.Through three-dimensional numerical modeling,it reveals its influence mechanism on the temperature field and stress field.The coupling model of fouling thermal resistance-temperature field-stress field was constructed by using Ansys Workbench.The reliability of the model was confirmed through grid independence verification and experimental comparison.Research shows that although the fouling thermal resistance does not change the temperature and stress distribution trends,it significantly increases the temperature and stress on the sunny side.The maximum temperature of the W1 tube screen rises from 469.47℃to 556.3℃,and the equivalent stress increases from 258.41 MPa to 370.11 MPa,with an increase of 43.22%.The thermomechanical coupling effect in the flow direction of molten salt leads to the non-monotonic variation characteristics of stress,and there is a stress concentration at the level of 500MPa at the connection between the transition pipe and the illuminated pipe.Research has confirmed that the fouling thermal resistance causes local temperature rise and thermal stress by increasing the thermal resistance,providing theoretical support for the anti-fouling design and safe operation of solar heat absorbers.关键词
