Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of peripheral blood neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),monocyte-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the diagnosis and con-dition assessment of colon cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the observation group,and 98 healthy people undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of peripheral blood NLR,MLR and CA125 in the two groups were detected,and the ROC curve was used to ana-lyze their value in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Results The levels of NLR,MLR and CA125 in the obser-vation group[(2.23±0.65),(0.32±0.05)and(22.37±7.13)U/mL]were higher than those in the control group[(1.78±0.32),(0.28±0.02)and(16.27±5.18)U/mL],and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The levels of NLR,MLR and CA125 in patients with TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ[(2.05±0.66),(0.27±0.09)and(20.46±4.38)U/mL]were lower than those in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ[(2.40±0.57),(0.35±0.10)and(24.13±5.67)U/mL],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined detection of NLR,MLR and CA125 in the diagnosis of colon cancer was 0.896,95%CI:0.847-0.945,the sensitivity was 80.04%,and the specificity was 90.25%.Conclusion The levels of peripheral blood NLR,MLR and CA125 are closely related to the TNM stage of colon cancer,and they have high value in the diagnosis and con-dition assessment of colon cancer.关键词
