Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT)combined with contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for liver metastasis of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods A total of 100 patients with CRC admitted to our hospital from Septem-ber 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects,who were confirmed as CRC through compre-hensive diagnosis.All patients were examined by contrast-enhanced CT and contrast-enhanced MRI to clarify the liver metastasis status.Taking the pathological examination results as the gold standard,the detection results of contrast-enhanced CT,contrast-enhanced MRI,and contrast-enhanced CT combined with contrast-enhanced MRI in liver metastasis of CRC patients were compared.Results 1)The detection rate of liver metastasis of CRC by contrast-enhanced CT combined with contrast-enhanced MRI was higher than that by contrast-enhanced CT or contrast-enhanced MRI alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)The total detection rate of left and right primary lesions of colorectal cancer and liver metastasis by contrast-enhanced CT combined with contrast-enhanced MRI was higher than that by contrast-enhanced CT or contrast-enhanced MRI alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced CT combined with contrast-enhanced MRI for liver metastasis of patients with CRC is at a relatively high level.The detection results are close to the gold standard of clinical pathological examination and higher than those of contrast-enhanced CT or contrast-enhanced MRI alone.关键词
