Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of dynamic X-ray defecography combined with anorectal manometry in the diagnosis of rectocele.Methods A total of 62 patients with functional constipation admit-ted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent dynamic X-ray defecography and then anorectal manometry.With clinical comprehensive examination as the gold standard,the 62 patients were divided into the rectocele group and the non-rectocele group.The anorectal manometry results of the two groups and the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods were com-pared.Results Among the 62 patients,57 were diagnosed with rectocele by clinical comprehensive exami-nation.The anal resting pressure,rectal pressure,anal residual pressure,and defecation threshold of patients in the rectocele group were higher than those in the non-rectocele group(P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in the maximum squeeze pressure,sensory threshold,maximum volume sensory threshold,and minimum volume to induce anorectal inhibitory reflex between the two groups(P>0.05).There were 50 positive cases in dynamic X-ray defecography,with a positive detection rate of 80.65%.There were 40 posi-tive cases in anorectal manometry,with a positive detection rate of 64.52%.There were 56 positive cases in dynamic X-ray defecography combined with anorectal manometry,with a positive detection rate of 90.32%.There was no statistically significant difference in specificity and positive predictive value among dynamic X-ray defecography,anorectal manometry,and their combination(P>0.05),while there were statistically signifi-cant differences in sensitivity,diagnostic coincidence rate,and negative predictive value(P<0.05).The sensi-tivity,diagnostic coincidence rate,and negative predictive value of dynamic X-ray defecography combined with anorectal manometry(98.25%,95.16%,and 75.00%)were significantly higher than those of dynamic X-ray defecography alone(80.70%,75.81%,and 8.33%)and anorectal manometry alone(64.91%,62.90%,and 9.09%).Conclusion Dynamic X-ray defecography can accurately diagnose whether patients with func-tional constipation have rectocele according to the depth of rectocele,while anorectal manometry can more accu-rately reflect the morphology of rectocele and whether there is functional abnormality.The combined applica-tion of the two examination methods has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of rectocele,and can provide more information about the severity of the disease and functional disorders,which can provide more reliable informa-tion for the formulation of clinical treatment plans.关键词
