Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with transversus abdominis plane nerve block in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of CRC were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with dex-medetomidine combined with transversus abdominis plane nerve block,while patients in the control group were treated with transversus abdominis plane nerve block alone.The surgical conditions(operation time,intraopera-tive fluid infusion volume,intraoperative blood loss)of the two groups of patients were compared.The pain and sedation scores at different time points after surgery were assessed.The serum levels of CXCL8,interleu-kin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)at the 2nd and 36th hours after surgery were detected,and the safety was assessed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time,intra-operative fluid infusion volume,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The pain scores of patients in the observation group at the 4th,8th and 24th hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the sedation scores were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CXCL8,IL-6,and TNF-α in the observation group at the 2nd and 36th hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine combined with transversus abdominis plane nerve block in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of CRC has significant analgesic and seda-tive effects,can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
