Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nalbuphine combined with remifentanil on pain and adverse reactions in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 63 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with remifentanil anesthesia,while patients in the observation group were given nalbuphine combined with remifentanil anesthesia.The surgical-related indica-tors,postoperative pain scores,sedation scores,stress response indicators and the occurrence of adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective pressing times of the analgesia pump within 48 hours after surgery and the dosage of sufentanil after surgery in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of the first out-of-bed activity after surgery,the time of anal exhaust and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the pain scores at 2 h after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores at the 6th,12th and 24th hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores at the 2nd and 6th hours after surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the Ramsay sedation scores at the 12th and 24th hours after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6 and CRP at the 24th hour after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of nalbuphine and remifentanil in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs,lower the stress response,promote postoperative recovery,and has good safety.关键词
