The People-Centered Party's Values:Fundamental Lessons from the Building of the Communist Party of China in the New Era

Abstract
Since the new era commenced,the people-centered approach,enshrined as the core value of the Communist Party of China,has been comprehensively realized through a"seven-in-one"party-building practice,integrating political leadership,ideals and convictions,organizational systems,work conduct,party discipline,institutional frameworks,and anti-corruption governance.Upholding political construction as the overarching principle ensures the correct political direction for realizing the people-centered approach.Reinforcing ideals and convictions through the Party's original aspiration and founding mission provides spiritual support for this goal.Establishing a scientific and comprehensive organizational system offers operational coordination for its implementation.Improving work conduct by strengthening the Party-mass relationship furnishes a behavioral guarantee.Enforcing strict discipline to rectify Party conduct supplies disciplinary safeguards.Refining the institutions for exercising full and rigorous self-governance of the Party offers institutional guarantees for it.Combating corruption with resolute measures creates a favorable political ecosystem.The dynamic interaction,mutual reinforcement,and synergistic effects of these seven dimensions have provided valuable experience for the CPC in actualizing its people-centered party values in the new era.关键词
