中国式乡村治理现代化的法治保障
The Legal Safeguards for the Modernization of Rural Gov-ernance with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract
The modernization of Chinese-style rural governance requires the safeguard of the rule of law fundamentally because the rule of law serves not only as a universal method for modern state governance,but also as an experiential choice for governance practices with Chinese characteristics,and moreover,as an inevitable requirement for rural governance with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,the modernization of Chinese-style rural governance under the rule of law faces three major challenges that urgently need to be overcome.The leadership role of the Party in the construction of rural rule of law,the coordination of diverse rural interests,and the position of the rule of law in the practice of rural"three governance"all need to be further shaped and presented through legal means.In this regard,it is necessary to adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party in the modernization of rural governance and legal construction,adhere to the modernization of rural governance and legal construction centered on the interests of farmers,and uphold the fundamental position of the rule of law in the"three governance"of rural areas,in order to solve the difficulties faced by the Chinese-style modernization of rural governance and legal guarantee.关键词
