摘要

Abstract

With the diversification of potato processing methods and the insufficiency of domestic processing varieties to meet processing demands,increasing the yield and quality of processing potatoes is urgently needed.'Longshu 23'is a newly developed French fry processing variety in recent years,characterized by cold tolerance,tolerance to poor soils,and strong adaptability.This study used'Longshu 23'as the test variety and established nitrogen(N)and potassium(K)nutrient treatments.Nitrogen treatments were:N1(base fertilizer 4 kg/667m2),N2(base fertilizer 6 kg/667m2),N3(base fertilizer 4 kg/667m2+topdressing 4 kg/667m2),and N4(base fertilizer 6 kg/667m2+topdressing 4 kg/667m2).These were combined with potassium treatments K1(7.5 kg/667m2)and K2(10 kg/667m2).The aim was to understand the effect of comprehensive supporting high-yield cultivation and fertilization techniques on potato yield and its components.N4K2 treatment(N base 6 kg/667m2+topdressing 4 kg/667m2;K 10 kg/667m2)achieved the highest levels of yield,marketable tuber percentage and tuber weigh for'Longshu 23',which were 3 879 kg/667m2,81.67%and 605.0 g,respectively.This study would provide a reference for potato growers to increase yield and enhance farmers'economic income.
