基于扎根理论基本公共卫生服务项目信息化考核质性研究
A qualitative study of the informatized assessment of the basic public health services based on grounded theory

Abstract
Objective To analyze the difficulties in the traditional manual assessment of basic public health services,to explore the necessity of applying informatized assessment and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to further improve the assessment model of basic public health services.Methods The sample city was selected through purposive sampling combined with theoretical sampling and the basic public health serv-ice providers and basic public health service managers(including examiners and project managers)of 8 communi-ty health service centers in the city were interviewed qualitatively,and analysis was made of the problems and opti-mization path of the informatized assessment mode.Results Traditional manual assessment had pain points such as imperfect organizational management,large resource consumption,unreasonable assessment process and imper-fect feedback mechanism.Informatized assessment could make up for the weaknesses of manual assessment to a certain extent,but due to the short operation time and the formation of the dependent path of traditional manual as-sessment,informatized assessment had not gained widespread popularity.Conclusions It is suggested to improve the organization and management,resource investment,information system construction and performance evalua-tion feedback mechanisms and to optimize the assessment framework for basic public health services.关键词
