温州市推进医防融合的实践和成效
Practice and effect of promoting the integration of medical and preventive services in Wenzhou City
摘要
Abstract
The reform of integrated medicine and prevention in Wenzhou City aims to improve the integrat-ed public health service system from six aspects:work system,prevention and control business,platform informa-tion,supervision and regulation,medical and preventive resources,and talent cultivation.The article introduces the practices and achievements of the medical and preventive services integration in the counties(cities and dis-tricts)under the jurisdiction of Wenzhou City.By sorting out the unique innovative practices of the healthcare-pre-vention integration pilot projects,the reform clarifies the problems and challenges,identifies solutions and meas-ures,gradually forming a high-efficiency medical and public health coordination system between medical institu-tions and disease prevention and control institutions,and finally achieving a new,replicable model of integrated medical and preventive services.关键词
