AI工具应用能力对疾控中心人员精神离职的影响分析
Impact of AI tool application competence on work disengagement of disease control personnel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mitigating effect of Al tool application ability on the work disen-gagement of disease control personnel,and in order to provide reference for strengthening the ability of disease con-trol personnel to apply AI tools.Methods This study employed cluster sampling to conduct a questionnaire sur-vey among staff members of disease control and prevention institutions at all levels in Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaon-ing,and Inner Mongolia provinces.The collected data were analyzed using propensity score matching methods.Results Disease control personnel with AI tool application ability had significantly lower subjective scores of work disengagement than those without AI tool application ability.The proportions of this effect before and after propen-sity score matching were 11.96％(P＜0.05)and 15.33％(P＜0.05),respectively.Conclusions AI tool ap-plication ability can mitigate work disengagement of disease control personnel.It is suggested that disease control institutions should improve relevant policies,enhance training of disease control personnel on AI tool application,and exert its role in mitigating work disengagement.关键词
