医疗卫生服务对流动老人社会融合的影响研究
Impact of healthcare services on the social integration of mobile elderly populations
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore how healthcare services affect the social integration of mobile elderly populations,so as to provide reference for improving their social integration.Methods Based on the 2017 China Mobile Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey data,this study selected 5 673 mobile elderly people aged 60 and a-bove as research objects,and used mathematical statistical methods such as factor analysis and multiple linear re-gression analysis to explore the impact of healthcare services on the social integration of mobile elderly people.Re-sults The overall social integration score(45.95±10.43)of mobile elderly people in China was relatively low.Health records(β=1.929),health education(β=2.248),and local medical insurance(β=1.288)could sig-nificantly promote the social integration of mobile elderly people(all P＜0.05).Heterogeneity analysis indicated that participating in local medical insurance effectively enhanced the social integration level of migrant elderly peo-ple who were of the working type(β=2.360),who had a higher educational level(β=1.660),or who had been mobile for a longer time(β=1.398)(all P＜0.05).Conclusions Healthcare services are closely related to the social integration of mobile elderly populations.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the overall planning and rational allocation of healthcare services,and take effective measures to enhance the level of social integration of mobile elderly populations.关键词
