三明市特早熟与早熟温州蜜柑鲜果分级标准研究
Research on the grading standards of extremely-early and early maturing Satsuma mandarin fruits in Sanming City

Abstract
Extremely-early maturing variety Oitakaken 4GO and early maturing variety Okitsu Wase were selected from the main production area of early maturing Satsuma mandarin in Sanming City,Fujian Province,a total of 720 and 776 fruits were collected,respectively,from 80 representative orchards during the fruit maturing stages in early September and early October to test single fruit weight(SFW),longitudinal diameter(LD),transverse diameter(TD),soluble solids(TSS)and titratable acid(TA).The optimal external quality grading indices and fruit grading standards were determined by using correlation analysis and sliding vari-ance analysis.The results showed that the SFW was significantly correlated to TSS(extremely-early maturing variety:r=-0.246,early maturing variety:r=-0.306)and TA(extremely-early maturing variety:r=0.188,early maturing variety:r=-0.092)for both extremely-early and early maturing varieties,followed by fruit transverse diameter TD.It is recommended to consider SFW as major index in formulation of grading standards.Fruit grading standards were recommended by maximum vari-ance of TSS sliding analysis between fruit grades was:extremely-early maturing variety,S(small size fruit):50-65 g,M(medium size fruit):65-100 g,L(large size fruit):100-150 g;early maturing variety,S(small size fruit):60-100 g,M(medium size fruit):100-150 g,L(large size fruit):150-200 g.By convert SFW to TD,the resulted grading standard for Oitakaken 4GO was 55 and 65 mm,for Okitsu Wase was 60 and 70 mm.The optimal regression models of SFW and TSS for both Oitakaken 4GO and Okitsu Wase fruits indicated that the absolute value of TSS change rate decreased with the increase of SFW,and the decrease of TSS change rate of large size fruits was less than that of small size fruits.The quality patterns of fruits of dif-ferent sizes were that for Oitakaken 4GO,small size fruits are with higher sugar and lower acid,while for Okitsu Wase,small size fruits are with higher sugar and higher acid.关键词
