Screening of fungicides for the control of black spot disease in postharvest preservation of Guanxi honey pomelo

Abstract
To screen effective fungicides for the control of black spot disease in the postharvest preservation of Guanxi honey pomelo,the toxicity of six commonly used preservatives to the pathogen Phyllosticta citriasiana of black spot disease of Guanxi honey pomelo was measured by mycelial growth rate method,and the control efficacy of prochloraz and imazalil were determined.The results showed that except for thiram,which not only had poor inhibitory effect,but also showed a negative correlation be-tween control effect and concentration,the other five preservatives showed good inhibitory effect,with an EC50 value of 0.005 2 mg/L for prochloraz,0.010 2 mg/L for thiophanate-methyl,0.279 6 mg/L for imazalil,0.910 5 mg/L for iminoctadinetris,and 0.260 6 billion spores/L for Bacillus subtilis.The three treatments of 0.750 0 mg/L prochloraz,0.625 0 mg/L imazalil and 0.500 0mg/L imazalil showed good effects on postharvest preservation,with the average control efficacy of 53.64%,65.84%and 60.96%after 7 days of treatment,and 56.14%,70.18%,63.16%after 14 days of treatment,respectively.In production,prochloraz and imazalil can be used as fungicides for the control of black spot disease in the preservation of Guanxi honey pomelo.关键词
