瓯柑花芽露白期回缩花枝对果实发育和树势的影响
Effects of shoot back-pruning at floral bud period on fruit development and tree vigor of Citrus reticulata'Suavissima'
摘要
Abstract
To provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the development of labor-saving flower thinning measures,the effects of back-pruning flowering branches at whitening stage in spring on fruit enlargement,fruit setting rate and tree vigor were studied,and the relative expression levels of growth hormones and gibberellin related genes in fruit pulp at middle stage of fruit enlargement were detected by qPCR in a 6-year-old Ougan citrus orchard in wetland of Sanyang,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province in 2023.The results showed that compared with the conventional fruit thinning,the manual back-pruning flowering bran-ches at whitening stage was beneficial to the development of spring shoots,and the increase of tree vigor and fruit setting rate,promote fruit enlargement and fruit color change,and increase solid to acid ratio of fruit.The expression of growth hormones and gibberellin synthesis-related genes did not change significantly during the middle stage of fruit enlargement.The technique of back-pruning flowering branches at whitening stage is simple,which can effectively promote fruit development and increase the propor-tion of large size fruit,and has great promotion value.关键词
