Effect of Synchronized Estrus Treatment on Conception Rate of First Mating and Remating Dairy Buffalo in Dali Area

Abstract
In order to study the effect of synchronized estrus treatment on conception rate of first mating and remating dairy buffalo,Solve the problem of low reproductive rate of dairy buffalo.Totally 107 healthy and nonpregnant hybrid buffaloes,33 Murrah and 33 Nili-ravi were selected in Dali dairy buffalo demonstration Village and farm for synchronized estrus test.The testing buffalos were divided into 2 groups,the first mating group and the remating group.The results showed as follows:in the demonstration village,there was no significant difference in total conception rate of two groups(P>0.05).In the farm,the total conception rate of the first mating group was significantly higher than the remating group(P<0.05).In the first mating group,the total conception rate of farm was significantly higher than that of demonstration village(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the conception rate when the frozen semen of Mediterranean buffalo,Murrah and Nili-ravi was used for crossbreeding(P>0.05).The conception rate of Nili-ravi was significantly higher than that of Murrah(P<0.05)in pure breeding.Synchronized estrus treatment had an effect on the conception rate of first mating and remating dairy buffalo.Synchronized estrus was carried out on the remating dairy buffalo in the demonstration village,and the conception rate is slightly higher than that of first mating buffalo.To a certain extent,it can solve the problems of difficult conception of dairy buffalo when it abnormal estrus,postpartum lack of estrus and repeated infertility.Whether to carry out the synchronized estrus of the remating dairy buffalo on the farm should be decided according to the overall reproductive level of the farm.关键词
