牛源副乳房链球菌Spu-HLJ01的分离鉴定及其致病性研究

Abstract
To identify the pathogen causing the respiratory disease outbreak in newly purchased Simmental beef cattle at a farm in Heilongjiang Province,necropsy and aseptic collection of pathological materials were performed on one deceased cow for pathogen isolation and identification.Conventional bacterial isolation and culture methods were used,resulting in the isolation of a β-hemolytic,Gram-positive,chain-forming coccus from the lung tissue.Further identification of the isolated strain was conducted using biochemical tests and 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis.The results showed that the physicochemical characteristics of the isolated strain were consistent with those of the Streptococcus genus,and its 16S rRNA sequence exhibited the highest homology(98.59%)with nine strains of Streptococcus parauberis.Pathogenicity tests in mice demonstrated that the isolated strain was lethal to the animals.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing revealed that the strain was resistant to commonly used antibiotics,including streptomycin,spectinomycin,kanamycin,oxytetracycline,ceftiofur sodium,tylosin and lincomycin.These findings indicate that the isolated strain is Streptococcus parauberis,marking the first time this bacterium has been isolated from a case of bovine pneumonia in China.This discovery highlights the complexity of pathogens associated with bovine respiratory diseases.关键词
