农村宅基地退出意愿的影响因素研究
Influencing Factors of Rural Residential Homestead Withdrawal Willingness
摘要
Abstract
With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,the trend of rural population migrating to cities has become increasingly obvious."Hollow villages","multiple houses for one household"and abandoned homestead have gradually become common problems in rural areas of China.The promulgation of the homestead withdrawal policy is one of the means to solve the above problems.Based on 1 613 farmer survey data from Houdaishan village in Zhejiang province,Daoqiao village in Anhui province,and Cunqian village in Jiangxi province,this paper built a Logit model to analyze the influencing factors and influence degree of homestead withdrawal willingness.The results showed:(1)The negative and significant factors that affect farmers'willingness to withdraw from homestead include:age of the household head,annual family income,housing quality and safety,building cost,homestead parcel area,satisfaction with housing conditions and satisfaction with living environment.The positive and significant factors affecting farmers'willingness to withdraw from homestead include:the area of household contracted land and the main energy used for heating.(2)Compared with the other two villages,Houdaishan village in Zhejiang province has significant effect on household contracted land area,Daoqiao village in Anhui province has a higher level of toilet types,and the age of households heads in Cunqian villages in Jiangxi province,annual household income and main energy used for heating have higher level of significance.Based on this,policy recommendations were put forward:consider heterogeneity and formulate differentiated compensation methods and standards for homestead withdrawal;increase publicity on homestead system reform to enhance farmers'awareness and participation;insist on building a fair and sustainable homestead withdrawal compensation mechanism;pay attention to farmers'interests and social stability,and ensure that farmers'opinions can truly reflect their interests.关键词
