京郊农民承包地退出意愿影响因素分析
Factors Influencing Farmers'Willingness to Quit Farmland in Suburban Beijing

Abstract
The withdrawal of contracted land is an optional way to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between people and land in the process of urbanization in China.Especially for megacities like Beijing,the demand for reasonably solving the problem of efficient land use is more urgent.To deeply understand the real attitude and willingness of Beijing farmers towards the withdrawal of contracted land,the research specially selected Pinggu district of Beijing as the research area to conduct extensive questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.Based on the collected data,a structural equation model was used to explore the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to withdraw their contracted land in Beijing's suburbs.The results of the model analysis indicate that farmers'willingness to withdraw their contracted land is significantly positively influenced by subjective norms and perceived behavioral control,while behavioral attitudes do not have a significant impact.Combining the empirical analysis results,this study proposed the following policy suggestions:firstly,conduct an actual survey on farmers'willingness to withdraw their contracted land to clarify their real needs;secondly,introduce corresponding social security policies for farmers who have withdrawn their contracted land;thirdly,continue to increase agricultural support in areas with active agricultural operations;fourthly,ensure the parallel operation of"two hands"to fully leverage the dual roles of the market and the government.关键词
