数字普惠金融赋能农业绿色发展:理论机制与实证检验
Digital Inclusive Finance Enabling Green Agricultural Development:Theoretical Mechanisms and Empirical Tests

Abstract
Digital inclusive finance has important strategic significance for the green development of agriculture in China.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities,excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and Xizang)from 2011 to 2022,the article adopted the entropy value method to measure the level of agricultural green development,constructed a fixed effect model,and empirically analyzed the impact of digital inclusive finance on agricultural green development and the effect of the transmission mechanism by using the Bootstrap test.The research results indicated that:(1)Digital inclusive finance has a remarkable positive influence on agricultural green development,and the conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests and endogenous treatment.(2)In promoting agricultural green development,digital inclusive finance exhibits significant heterogeneity,exerting a greater promoting effect on the depth of digital inclusive finance usage and the agricultural green development in non-major grain-producing areas.(3)The enhancement of agricultural scale operation plays a crucial promoting role in agricultural green development through digital inclusive finance.Accordingly,the development of digital inclusive finance should be further accelerated,play a role through the government,and promote the integration and development of digital inclusive finance(in terms of breadth of coverage,depth of use and degree of digitization)and agricultural greening.It should also further strengthen the coordinated development between regions,use the big data platform to understand the actual situation of agricultural scale operators and build a platform for digital sharing of agricultural technology,so as to strengthen agricultural scale operation and promote green agricultural development.关键词
