Impact of Rural Three Industries Integration on Urban-rural Income Gap under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals

Abstract
From the perspective of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,using the data from 2010 to 2022,the entropy weight method was used to measure the integration level of rural three industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which shows that the integration level of rural three industries has increased year by year,but there are regional differences.The Two-way Fixed Effects model was used to analyze the influence of rural three industries integration on urban-rural income gap in the Yangtze River Economic Belt under the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the results showed that:the integration of rural three industries has a significant positive effect on narrowing urban-rural income gap,meaning that rural three-industry integration plays a positive role in narrowing the urban-rural income gap and promoting balanced urban-rural development;the variables of livestock breeding and land use have a positive effect on narrowing the gap;although the efficiency of green agriculture under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals lags behind,it has a negative effect in the short term,but it is positive in the long term;fiscal agricultural support tends to widen the urban-rural income gap.The heterogeneity analysis showed that the Yangtze River Economic Belt has significant heterogeneity under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and the effect of rural three industries integration on narrowing urban-rural gap is more obvious in the downstream provinces.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to develop the industrial chain of rural three industries integration of local characteristic products according to local conditions,cultivate new agricultural formats,and implement green transformation projects.关键词
