基于"三生"视角的田园综合体发展策略
Development Strategy of Rural Complex Based on the Perspective of"Three Lives"

Abstract
The rural complex is a new type of agricultural economic complex that takes full participation and benefits from farmers as the premise,with farmers as the main body and farmers cooperatives as the main form.It utilizes agricultural and rural land,achieves the integration of the three industries and the development of characteristic industries,and plays a key role in agricultural production,farmer life,and rural ecology.The high-quality development of rural complex can stimulate the endogenous momentum of rural economic development,improve the quality of life of villagers,and protect the rural ecological environment,while promoting the integration of the three industries,innovating the operation and management of the rural industry,and meeting the needs of the government,enterprises,villagers and tourists.Based on the"Three Lives"perspective,starting from the connotation of rural complex,this article discussed the coupling relationship between them and put forward the operation mechanism of rural garden complex under the perspective of"Three Lives",field survey method and case study method were adopted to analyze the development status of rural complex in Chujiatang village of Shandong province.The conclusion showed that although the rural complex in Chujiatang village has begun to take shape,there are still common difficulties in the current development of rural complex,mainly due to low participation of villagers and insufficient ability to drive income growth;the attractiveness of the project is weak,and there is a lack of professional talents;low level of cooperation with capital and insufficient promotion and publicity efforts;narrow development space and limited carrying capacity.Based on this,we should further explore ways to benefit the people and make good use of local elites;break through market bottlenecks and promote multiple channels;improve the cornerstone of facilities and upgrade the tourism experience;deepen capital cooperation and streamline the chain of interests,in order to find a way to operate,promoting the improvement of the"Three Lives"efficiency,while promoting the high-quality development of rural complex.关键词
