Abstract

Sichuan province has abundant straw resources,how to effectively promote the comprehensive utilization of straw is a key task in promoting the transformation of agricultural sustainable development mode,advancing modern agricultural construction,and achieving sustainable agricultural development.The problem of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by the low utilization rate of straw resources is particularly prominent in an agricultural province like Sichuan.This article explored in depth the importance of comprehensive utilization of straw,and analyzed the problems and challenges faced by Sichuan province's comprehensive utilization of straw from the aspects of ideological cognition,technological level,and resource utilization,and proposed targeted effective implementation measures to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw,including the popularization of straw comprehensive utilization,the technologization of straw comprehensive utilization,the diversification of investment subject mechanisms,and the implementation of local government accountability.Through these measures,Sichuan province can significantly improve the comprehensive utilization rate of straw resources.This not only helps to reduce environmental pollution caused by straw burning,but also can create basic conditions for the development of circular economy in agriculture,and assist Sichuan province in transforming into a modern and sustainable agricultural system.
