Research and Prospects of Digital Management System for Green Food Business Archives
摘要
Abstract
With the advancement of China's agricultural modernization,the importance of green food business archive management has become increasingly prominent.Traditional paper-based archive management methods face challenges such as difficult retrieval,decentralized storage,and poor data sharing,affecting the efficiency of green food quality certification and market supervision.This study developed an intelligent digital management system for green food business archives based on OCR,deep learning,and natural language processing(NLP)technologies.The system consists of a backend digital business archive processing pipeline and a frontend archive management platform,achieving high-precision OCR recognition,layout analysis,structured storage,multi-dimensional intelligent retrieval,online preview,and access control functions,and has been piloted at the China Green Food Development Center,completing the digital processing of tens of thousands of business archives before 2020,significantly improving archive accessibility and utilization efficiency.In the future,the system will be further optimized in intelligent management,cross-regional data interoperability,full-lifecycle archive construction,and diversified application expansion,promote the digital transformation of agriculture and enhance the supervision and market transparency of green food.关键词
