水佐剂增强磷酸钙矿化口蹄疫病毒样颗粒疫苗的黏膜免疫效果
Water-based adjuvants enhance the mucosal immune response of calcium phosphate-mineralized foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particles vaccine
摘要
Abstract
To boost the mucosal immune response of calcium phosphate mineralized foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)virus-like particles(VLPs-CaP),two water-based adjuvants(IMS1313 and J1)were com-bined with VLPs-CaP and administered intranasally to mice.HE staining revealed no major organ damage in any vaccine group,indicating good biocompatibility.ELISA detected IgA in mucosal tissues and IgG and cytokines in serum.Both adjuvants enhanced the mucosal immune response,with VLPs-CaP-J1 showing significantly higher IgA levels at 17 days post-immunization(P<0.01)and higher IgG,IL-2,IL-4,and IFN-γ levels at 24 days post-immunization(P<0.01)compared with VLPs-CaP alone.This study offers a new FMD vaccine with effective mucosal immunity.关键词
