同异分析法和隶属函数法综合评价5份云蔗材料
Evaluation of 5 Yunzhe Sugarcanes through Similarity-Difference Analysis and Membership Function Method

Abstract
[Objective]In order to preserve multiple superior sugarcane varieties and ensure the healthy development of the sugarcane industry.[Methods]This study employed Similarity-Difference Analysis and Membership Function Method to evaluate five trait indices of 7 clones/varieties(including the control varieties)in the stage 5 breeding trials of Yunzhe 17-series.These indices encompasseds ingle stalk weight,number of millable stalks,cane yield,sucrose content,and sugar yield.The Similarity-Difference Analysis degree μg and the comprehensive membership function value Bg of the clones were calculated respectively,and their superiority was ranked accordingly.By comparing the two analytical methods,superior test materials were identified.[Results]The results indicated that:(1)The μg values of the five clones were all higher than the control,with'YZ 17-541'being closest to the ideal variety across all traits,whereas'YT 93-159'was the furthest from the ideal variety;(2)The Bg values of the five test clones were all greater than the control,with'YZ 17-541'exhibiting the best comprehensively;(3)The comprehensive evaluation results of the five clones were all superior to the control,but their sucrose content was lower than the control,'YT93-159'.Therefore,it is necessary to further expand the planting area and conduct experiments under different terrains and climates.[Conclusion]This study compared two analytical methods for screening superior clones,providing a valuable reference for the breeding of new YZ varieties and the utilization of heterosis.关键词
