芳香族氨基酸在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Aromatic Amino Acids in Ruminant Production
摘要
Abstract
Aromatic amino acids are a class of functional amino acids that maintain the physiological functions of animal bodies and promote animal growth and development.Aromatic amino acids are also the precursors of many neurotransmitters,which themselves and their metabolites play a role in regulating the emotions,behaviors,and immune responses in the animal body.In order to save feed cost,improve feed utilization efficiency,and maximize the production capacity of ruminant farming,it is of great significance to study the addition of aromatic amino acids in diets for the development of low-protein amino acid-balanced diets for ruminants.This paper reviews the functions,catabolism and anabolism of aromatic amino acids,and their effects on growth performance,production performance,rumen microorganisms and immune function of ruminants,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of aromatic amino acids in ruminant production.关键词
