当归化学成分的作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on Chemical Constituents of Angelica Sinensis and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Angelica sinensis belongs to Umbelliferae and belongs to the liver,heart and spleen meridians.It is a Chinese herbal medicine with the same origin of medicine and food.Angelica sinensis is rich in volatile oil,polysaccharides,organic acids,amino acids,flavonoids,trace elements and other chemical components.It has many pharmacological effects,such as enriching blood and promoting blood circulation,protecting liver and resisting inflammation,and has the advantages of safety,low toxic and side effects and no residue.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of chemical components of Angelica sinensis and its application in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,and the effects of livestock and poultry on improving immunity,growth performance,by-product quality and preventing and treating diseases were summarized.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the application of Angelica sinensis in livestock and poultry industry,and to provide theoretical reference for its application and development in livestock and poultry feed additives and veterinary drugs.关键词
