摘要

Abstract

High-throughput sequencing technology is a major breakthrough in the field of modern molecular biology,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of genome analysis by processing thousands of DNA sequences in parallel.Through high-throughput sequencing,the complete genome information of animals can be rapidly obtained,which is of great significance to the study of genetic characteristics,evolutionary history and the relationship between genotype and phenotype.In the evaluation and conservation of livestock and poultry genetic resources,high-throughput sequencing technology can help identify and conserve breeds with unique genetic characteristics,ensuring the continuation of biodiversity and the sustainable development of livestock and poultry germplasm resources.The application of this technology is particularly important in the evaluation of yak genetic resources,which realizes the comprehensive analysis of the yak genome and the fine analysis of structural variation,deepening the understanding of yak genetic diversity.It promotes the research progress of association analysis of yak production traits and provides scientific basis for its breed improvement.This paper outlines the key role of high-throughput sequencing technology in the assessment of yak genetic resources,highlights the importance of yak genetic resources utilization,and aims to provide reference for the assessment of yak fine germplasm traits.
