摘要
Abstract
Fagopyrum tartaricum and Fagopyrum esculentum are gradually being developed and applied as substitutes for wheat and other raw material in livestock and poultry feeding.Fagopyrum dibotrys,as a functional feed,contains various bioactive components and exhibits biological functions such as enhancing immune function,antioxidation and improving intestinal health.However,the presence of adverse factors such as Fagopyrins in all three types of buckwheat also limits their widespread application in livestock and poultry production to some extent.This paper reviews the distribution and cultivation of these three types of buckwheat feed,their feeding value,as well as specific utilization forms and application effects in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a basis and reference for further research and application of buckwheat feed in livestock and poultry production.关键词
