Nutritional Properties of Fermented Wheat Bran and Its Application in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Wheat bran is a processed product of wheat and is often used as an animal feed ingredient.There are a large number of anti-nutritional factors in wheat bran,which can be removed by using microbial fermentation technology to improve the nutritional value of wheat bran.Fermented wheat bran contains a large number of nutrients such as protein,vitamins,dietary fiber,and functional substances such as phenols and polysaccharides,which have antioxidant and other effects.In this paper,the fermentation process and nutrient composition of fermented wheat bran are introduced,and the quality improvement and application of fermented wheat bran in animal production are listed,aiming to provide reference for the utilization and research of fermented wheat bran in health care.关键词
