Interpretation of the 2024 guideline for the treatment of scroiliac joint disorders
摘要
Abstract
Sacroiliac joint(SIJ)disorders,as one of the most common causes of lower back pain,have a high prevalence and exhibit diverse clinical symptoms,yet there is a lack of precise diagnosis,and there are no widely recognized diagnostic criteria and treatment guidelines.In May 2024,the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience Best Practice(ASPN)released the treatment guidelines for sacroiliac joint disease,marking the first time that guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of SIJ disorders have been established worldwide.These guidelines more accurately define the pathology and anatomical changes of sacroiliac joint disorder and provide diagnostic methods and treatment strategies based on evidence-based medicine,serving as a fundamental reference for the diagnosis and treatment of SIJ disorders.This article provides a comprehensive interpretation of these guidelines.关键词
