Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between lingual amyloidosis and cardiac amyloidosis in systemic light chain amyloidosis,as well as the related risk factors.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted.60 patients suspected of having systemic light chain amyloidosis who were treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University from August 2018 to April 2025 were selected,and the data were collected for statistical analysis.Results A total of 36 cases were clearly diagnosed with systemic light chain amyloidosis,among which 36 cases were clearly diagnosed with lingual muscle amyloidosis and 20 cases were diagnosed with myocardial amyloidosis.There was a significant strong correlation between lingual muscle amyloidosis and myocardial amyloidosis(φ=0.577,P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for systemic light chain amyloidosis complicated with cardiac amyloidosis were echocardiography(OR=22.368,P=0.033)and the percentage of primary and immature plasma cells in bone marrow aspiration(OR=1.075,P=0.046),High phosphate ion levels are more indicative of a diagnosis of non-amyloidosis(OR=0.052,P=0.028).The significant risk factors for cardiac amyloidosis were echocardiography(OR=74.795,P=0.001).Conclusions There is a correlation between lingual amyloidosis and cardiac amyloidosis in systemic light chain amyloidosis,and it is significantly related to a variety of auxiliary examinations.关键词
