干燥综合征患者龋病的临床特点及管理策略
Clinical characteristics and management strategies of dental caries in patients with Sjögren syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Sjögren syndrome(SS)is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that mainly affects exocrine glands such as salivary glands and lacrimal glands.Due to multiple risk factors such as decreased salivary flow rate and dysbacteriosis,dental hard tissue was very susceptible to demineralization,caries,and even rampant caries.And secondary caries easily occurred after restorative treatment,leading to treatment failure.There are currently no international or domestic treatment guidelines for dental caries management in patients with SS.To provide reference strategy for the dentists,this article reviewed the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,risk factors,caries activity assessment,early caries detection,prevention and treatment strategies of dental caries in patients with SS.Based on the team's extensive clinical experience,this article ultimately summarized that the caries management decisions for SS patients emphasize"prevention first-risk analysis-minimally invasive intervention-high-frequency monitoring",providing a reference for clinicians to manage the caries of such patients.关键词
