体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎的研究进展
Research progress of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Scapulohumeral periarthritis,as a common disease,is mainly characterized by shoulder pain and limitation of active and passive movement.Some patients even have different degrees of pain and limitation of joint movement for a long time,which seriously affects the physical and mental health and daily life of patients.Extracorporeal shock wave,as a non-invasive mechanical pulse pressure wave,has been widely used in the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases.In recent years,extracorporeal shock wave has a significant effect on the treatment for scapulohumeral periarthritis.In clinical practice,patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis can be treated with medicine,massage,acupuncture,joint relaxation and other traditional Chinese and western therapies,so as to effectively reduce shoulder pain,further shorten the course of the disease,improve the shoulder joint activity of patients,and improve the rehabilitation treatment effect and quality of life of patients.关键词
