中药和西药治疗儿童流行性感冒的成本-效果分析
Cost-effectiveness analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of influenza in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the cost-effectiveness of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules(XFK)with that of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of pediatric influenza to evaluate their economic value.Methods A decision tree model was developed from the perspective of the healthcare system to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis.Univariate and probabilistic sensitivity analyses were performed to evaluate how parameter variations influenced the study outcomes.Results The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)of XFK compared to oseltamivir phosphate granules was ¥96.8.The probabilistic sensitivity analysis results showed that over a 5-day treatment cycle,when the willingness-to-pay(WTP)exceeded ¥260,XFK became the more cost-effective option.Univariate sensitivity analysis indicated that the price of oseltamivir phosphate granules was the most sensitive factor among all the factors of ICER.Conclusion When the willingness-to-pay is over ¥260,XFK demonstrates a cost-effective advantage in the treatment of pediatric influenza.关键词
