Establishment of Evaluation Criteria for Rational Use of Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor Injection Based on AHP-TOPSIS Method

Abstract
Objective To establish the clinical rational drug use evaluation criteria for Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor(G-CSF)Injection,and to promote the rational clinical application of G-CSF Injection.Methods Based on the drug pacakge insert and clinical guidelines for G-CSF Injection,the evaluation criteria for rational use of G-CSF Injection was formulated.A total of 100 medical records of patients who used G-CSF Injection from July to December 2022(before the intervention)and 100 medical records of patients who used who used G-CSF Injection from July to December 2023(after the intervention)were randomly selected from the Oncology Department of the Pengzhou People's Hospital.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight coefficients of each indicator,and the TOPSIS method was used to analyze the clinical rational use of G-CSF Injection before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the cases with rational use(Ci≥0.8)of G-CSF Injection increased from 46 cases(46.00%)before the intervention to 57 cases(57.00%),the number of cases with basic rational use(0.6≤Ci<0.8)increased from 20 cases(20.00%)before the intervention to 33 cases(33.00%),and the number of cases with irrational use(Ci<0.6)decreased from 34 cases(34.00%)before the intervention to 10 cases(10.00%).The problems of inappropriate usage and dosage significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical rational drug use evaluation criteria for CSF Injection established based on the AHP-TOPSIS method can integrate multiple evaluation indicators,cover the whole drug treatment process.The evaluation method is simple and highly operable,which can be widely used for the evaluation of rational drug use.关键词
