Application Effect of Homogeneous Pharmaceutical Care in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of homogenized pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Four township health centers in the management of the hospital were selected to form standardized insulin injection homogenization management teams.A total of 100 T2DM patients admitted to the four township health centers from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected respectively. After excluding deceased and withdrawn patients,a total of 362 patients were included, and the homogeneous pharmaceutical care was implemented. The patients'awareness of insulin and self-injection of insulin, blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C)],and incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADR)before and after intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the patients'awareness of the types of insulin preparations they used, the storage methods for unopened and opened insulin, and nine questions such as when to inject insulin and washing hands before injection were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the levels of FBG,2 hPG and HbA1C,and the incidence of ADRs such ashypoglycemia, injection site infection, injection site pain, and subcutaneous fat hyperplasia were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Homogenized pharmaceutical care can effectively improve the T2DM patients'awareness of standardized insulin injection, improve blood glucose control effectiveness, and reduce the incidence of ADRs.关键词
