孤独症谱系障碍精准医疗的研究进展
Precision medicine for autism spectrum disorder:a review
摘要
Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that lasts throughout life and is characterized by difficulties in social interaction and communication,repetitive behaviors and interests,and abnormal sensory perception.The prevalence of ASD has increased globally in recent years.ASD has become an important public health problem and a major burden for patients,health-care professionals,and society.ASD is highly heterogeneous,with heterogeneity in etiology,phenotype,and outcomes resulting in varying severity of clinical symptoms,and may be associated with other somatic or psychiatric comorbidities,making diagnosis and treatment challenging.This review summarizes the current evidence in medicine on the heterogeneity of ASD in terms of etiology,phenotype,and clinical phenotype,and discusses strategies related to personalized diagnosis and treatment,laying the foundation for in-depth research in precision medicine.关键词
