经筋理论视角下针刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的理论探析
Theoretical analysis of acupuncture treatment of lumbar back myofascitis from the perspective of the Jingjin theory
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar back myofascitis(LBM)belongs to the category of"sinebi"of traditional Chinese medicine,and its pathogenesis is closely related to the"knot"and"cluster"characteristics of the channel tendons.Based on the theory of meridian tendon,integrating traditional theory and modern medical research,this paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of LBM.Studies have shown that using the foot Sun bladder channel and the Du channel to select points combined with"discerning tendons and selecting points"to target the tendons and nodules can play a role in dredging qi and blood,regulating Yin and Yang,clearing nodules and relieving pain,and effectively relieving pain and dysfunction.Modern medical research shows that acupuncture can promote tissue repair by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors,improving microcirculation,regulating the neuro-immune network and the mechanical balance of fascial chain.Clinical trials have confirmed that acupuncture therapy guided by tendon theory has more advantages in pain relief,functional recovery and quality of life improvement compared with drug alone or conventional conservative therapy.In the future,it is necessary to further standardize the acupuncture program and deepen the exploration of molecular biology and other mechanisms to promote the standardization and scientific application of this therapy.关键词
