2005-2025年肝移植术后感染防控研究的全球趋势知识图谱分析
Knowledge mapping analysis of global trends in infection prevention and control research after liver transplantation from 2005 to 2025
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aimed to investigate the current research status,cutting-edge hotspots and global research trends in the field of infection prevention and control after liver transplantation.Methods Literature in the field of prevention and control of infection after liver transplantation was searched from January 2005 to March 2025 in the Web of Science Core Collection database,and bibliometric and visualization analyses were carried out by using the bibliometrix package in the R language.Results A total of 2748 documents were included,and the results showed that the number of research publications in this field showed a fluctuating trend,reaching a peak(191 articles)in 2021 and then declining.Core journals include TRANSPLANT INFECTIOUS DISEASE(188 articles)and CLINICAL TRANSPLANTATION(159 articles),with key authors SAMUEL D(32 articles)and UEMOTO S(29 articles),and the main research institutions are ASSISTANCE PUBLIQUE The main research institutions are ASSISTANCE PUBLIQUE,HOPITAUX PARIS(245 articles)and MAYO CLINIC(208 articles).The analysis of keyword co-occurrence showed that"infection""recipients"and"risk-factors"were the core themes,and that the research on viral infections(e.g.EBV)and prevention strategies(e.g.antifungal prophylaxis)has increased significantly in recent years.The research on viral infections(e.g.EBV)and prevention strategies(e.g.antifungal prophylaxis)has increased significantly in recent years.Themes were clustered into four categories:viruses,risk-factors,prevention,and recipients.Conclusion Future research should focus on prevention and control strategies of novel pathogens(e.g.multi-drug resistant bacteria),optimization of individualized immunosuppression programs,and construction of interdisciplinary collaborative platforms,in order to promote the development of infection prevention and control in the direction of precision and intelligence.关键词
