珍苓解郁胶囊缓解肝郁脾虚神经衰弱症焦虑抑郁状态的疗效评价
Efficacy evaluation of Zhenling Jieyu Capsules in alleviating anxiety and depression associated with liver depression and spleen deficiency in neurasthenia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenling Jieyu Capsules(formerly known as Qingkeshu Capsule)for neurasthenia,and to evaluate its ability to alleviate the state of anxiety and depression in patients with neurasthenia with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 108 cases of neurasthenia patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency diagnosis who attended the outpatient clinic of Shanxi Province Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to June 2024 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with a ratio of 2∶1,and the treatment group was given Zhenling Jieyu Capsules and the control group was given Xiaoyao Pills,with the course of treatment lasting for 1 month.Assess before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome efficacy index and syndrome score,and self-rating anxiety scale score and self-rating depression scale score changes,determine the clinical efficacy of Zhenling Jieyu Capsules.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.86%,and the marked improvement rate was 59.42%,both significantly higher than those in the control group(70.59%and 32.35%,P<0.05).Regarding the efficacy of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,the efficacy index in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.001).The efficacy index in the treatment group was(74.16±9.85)%,reaching the level of marked improvement,while that in the control group was(66.30±11.86)%,reaching the level of effectiveness.After treatment,the syndrome scores of liver depression and spleen deficiency in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.001).The total syndrome score and the scores for"depressive or irritable mood"and"frequent sighing"in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Zhenling Jieyu Capsules has significant effect in neurasthenia,significantly improves the symptoms of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and is particularly significant in alleviating symptoms such as depression or irritability,and frequent sighing.关键词
