绩效考核背景下出院患者四级手术占比分析
Analysis of the proportion of discharged patients undergoing Level-ⅣSurgeries under the performance assessment framework

Abstract
Objective To analyze data from the First Affiliated Hospital to explore factors influencing the proportion of Level-ⅣSurgeries among discharged patients,providing references for the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods Data on the proportion of Level-ⅣSurgeries among discharged patients at Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were collected through the hospital's information system platform.Potential influencing factors were identified through literature review,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0.Results The analysis revealed a continuous upward trend in the proportion of Level-ⅣSurgeries among discharged patients at Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital from January 2020 to December 2024.The improvement in this proportion showed significant correlation with the application of management tools such as diagnosis related groups(DRG)and resource-based relative value scale(RBRVS).Additionally,the proportion of Level-ⅣSurgeries was associated with the number of discharged patients,the proportion of minimally invasive surgeries,and the share of inpatient revenue in total medical income.However,no significant correlation was found with postoperative complications.Conclusion Hospitals should focus on optimizing performance evaluation systems,enhancing discipline development,and strengthening refined internal management to drive comprehensive improvements.These strategies aim to increase the proportion of Level-ⅣSurgeries and achieve high-quality development.关键词
