中医清浊理论之源
Origin of lucidity-turbidity theory in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of the origins, logical relationships, and historical evolution of the Qing-Zhuo(lucidity-turbidity)theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is noted that the original metaphor for this theory is water.People have formed diverse or even contradictory concepts of lucidity and turbidity based on different perceptions of the properties of water. This metaphorical understanding rooted in water cannot be purely analyzed through logical thinking. The theoretical construction of Huangdi Neijing primarily uses everyday language, and the concept of Qing-Zhuo(lucidity-turbidity)has been endowed with a wide range of medical meanings, though it has not reached the height of a metaphysical concept like yin and yang.Later physicians have focused their discussions more on the ascent and descent of Qing-Zhuo(lucidity-turbidity)in the spleen and stomach, establishing the theory of ascending the lucid and descending the turbid. In modern TCM,attention to the Qing-Zhuo(lucidity-turbidity)theory mainly stems from an understanding of the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome and clinical diagnostic and treatment practices, with a focus on the clinical application of methods to ascend the lucid and descend the turbid against turbid pathogens and toxins.关键词
