Abstract
Objective To investigate fungal distribution and drug resistance of fungi isolated from elderly invasive pulmonary fungal infection(IPFI)patients'bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,thereby providing a guide for clinical management and infection prevention.Methods Retrospective analysis of fungal culture and drug susceptibility data from bronchoalveo-lar lavage fluid samples(from January 2022 to December 2024)was performed.Results There were 155 fungal isolates i-dentified.C.albicans was predominated(47.7%),followed by C.tropicalis(17.4%),Aspergillus spp.(11.0%)and C.glabrata(10.3%).Multidrug-resistantC.auris accounted for 5.8%.Non-auris Candida showed>95.9%suscepti-bility to(AMB)and 5-fluorocytosine.Conclusion C.albicans remains primary pathogen.Susceptibility testing-guided therapy and strengthened infection control are crucial for elderly IPFI patients.关键词
