土生隐球菌致血流感染1例及文献复习

摘要
Abstract
The patient,82-year-old male,was hospitalized with repeated cough,poor appetite,fatigue and emer-gency"respiratory failure".After admission,whole blood culture result shows fungal growth.The patient was identified as Cryptococcus humicola infection by the VITEK MS of automatic microbial monitoring system.The patient received anti-fungal treatment such as fluconazole 200 mg/d for two weeks but ultimately died.Combined with this case,the stream in-fection cases caused by Cryptococcus humicola at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed,so as to improve the judgment ability of clinical medical workers to rare fungal diseases and pay attention to them.关键词
